Request a Quote Embedded Forms
You can now embed a Request a Quote form on a 3rd party website! To do so, snag the snipped of code below and replace
ADD_OUTFITTER_ID
with the Outfitter's ID. <script src="https://mallardbay.com/request-a-quote/index.js" data-outfitter="ADD_OUTFITTER_ID"></script>
For example, if their outfitter id is
123-abc
your code snippet would be:<script src="https://mallardbay.com/request-a-quote/index.js" data-outfitter="123-abc"></script>
You can find the Outfitter’s ID in the URL when viewing their profile in the dashboard as an admin.
Eventually we do plan to add an easy to copy option for our Outfitters to use.
Improved Deeplinking
Now if a feature is not available in the app, we instead re-direct the deeplink used in our emails, to the Dashboard.
Misc Enhancements
- Added a trip insurance policy number to the booking details for easy reference and management.

Trip Insurance
Sportsmen in the U S. and Canada can now add trip insurance to their bookings!
Calendar Integrations
Outfitters can now import calendars into Mallard Bay to avoid double bookings, and customize which listings and/or resources they would like to export.
QuickBooks - BETA
We are now accepting Outfitters into our beta program.
With our new QuickBooks integration, Outfitters can now sync their QuickBooks account directly with Mallard Bay. Once connected, we’ll automatically push new invoices and update existing ones—keeping everything in sync without the manual work.
We’ll also link payments from Mallard Bay to their QuickBooks records, so their financials stay accurate and up-to-date.

Single Use Resource:
You can now configure a resource to block off the entire day once it’s booked, regardless of remaining capacity. This is especially useful in cases like a boat that seats 5, where you want to ensure only one group can book it per day.
