Add a new report that would show an outfitter visual representations of bookings (on platform, widget, and offsite), average booking amount, clients served (new vs recurring), sales (amount by check, cc, ach, offline), etc.

In addition to showing completed onsite bookings, we would like to display offsite bookings within the home page of the dashboard. This will allow the MB team to show outfitters/charters, any missed opportunities as those balances will not count towards their monthly threshold.

During my conversation with Grant from Whiskey Sloughs, he mentioned that he would like to have the ability to filter sportsmen/bookings by time of year, who is coming next, and packages booked.
