Allow an dashboard users to create a quote that included more than one listing. ie a sportsmen wants to do 1 day in shore fishing and 1 day off-shore fishing.
Alternatively, we can make the quotes more flexible so the admin user can override traditional rules to build a custom quote and block the correct days.
