Coco Pahl New Outfitter Rock Water Ranch does their deposits this way. I'm not sure about the sheer volume of hunters, but they objectively have the biggest operation on our platform.

Just finished a coaching with God's Country Outfitters. Historically, he has collected deposits as follows.
Gator Hunts: $1000/Hunter
Turkey Hunts: $1000/Hunter
Hog Hunts: $75/Hunter
This comes with:
Being able to customize deposit plans per listing
That customization being able to do be set (per hunter / per day) and/or (per hunter / per trip) like the original post is talking about.
Flatland Outfitters has also specifically brought this up.
