Automated Emails To Sportsmen Who Have an Upcoming Trip

During my conversation with Grant from Whiskey Sloughs, he expressed a desire for the ability to interact with Sportsmen who have booked a trip with him.
We talked about how customers can sometimes feel anxious when they book a trip months in advance and don't receive any communication from the outfitter after receiving their booking confirmation until they initiate the check-in message.
Grant would like the option to send messages to these customers with a click of a button. I was envisioning some automated drip campaigns that can share new features at the property, hunting news, helpful tips on what to bring, or anything else to keep them engaged and remind them that their visit is anticipated.
Grant also mentioned that he would like to leverage this feature for his non-MB bookings, but we may prefer to use this as a carrot to get all bookings to run through MB.
