I would like to propose a new feature that enhances client management within the platform by adding a dedicated "Past Clients" section on the dashboard. When selected, this section would generate a comprehensive list displaying key client details, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses. Also have the ability to sort and filter past clients based on excursion type, making it easier to track and analyze client history. Additionally, the feature should allow users to export client information so they can utilize external software for mass email and text communication. This would provide immediate value by enabling better client follow-ups and marketing efforts. Maybe down the road built into the system they could mass email them from inside the platform.

Willy I love this. I’ve been thinking a lot about how we can leverage the network effect to accelerate the adoption of Mallard Bay Sportsmen while also deepening engagement on the guide side of the marketplace.
The Idea
When (I understand the app is lift but willy's idea leads into this)we launch the Mallard Bay Sportsmen app, we introduce a structured incentive for guides to import their existing clients into the platform.
Here’s how it works:
• Guides who import their client list (via CSV, phone contacts, or email invite) will never pay a booking fee for those specific clients—forever.
• To complete a booking, the sportsman must download the app and book through Mallard Bay (removing friction where possible).
• This ensures every new guide onboarded potentially brings in hundreds or even thousands of sportsmen, rapidly expanding the Mallard Bay network effect.
• As more guides join, their customers also enter the ecosystem, strengthening retention and increasing conversion on the sportsmen side.
Why This Works
Mass Adoption Without Paid CAC – Instead of costly paid acquisition, our guides do the heavy lifting by onboarding their clients for us.
Retention Flywheel – Guides benefit from zero booking fees forever on imported clients, so they have a real incentive to move their entire business onto Mallard Bay.
Seamless Sportsmen Onboarding – Since sportsmen will be incentivized to book through the platform, they’ll quickly adapt to using our ecosystem.
Long-Term CRM Vision – As we transition into a lightweight CRM, this move cements Mallard Bay as the central hub for guide-client interactions beyond just payments.
