Problem:
While Mallard Bay currently allows Outfitters to provide sportsmen with a waiver link, there is no system in place to track waiver completion or send automated reminders. This results in Outfitters lacking visibility into which guests have completed their liability waivers—creating operational risk, extra manual work, and the potential for non-compliance on trip day.
Solution:
Enable Outfitters to configure and manage digital custom forms that are accessible to all guests—whether they booked through Mallard Bay or externally. Provide the option to embed the forms on the Outfitter’s own website. Within the Mallard Bay platform, allow Outfitters to track the form completion status for each booking and guest. Outfitters should also have the ability to manually indicate if a Mallard Bay sportsman has submitted the form outside of the platform’s booking flow. Automate reminder emails or texts to ensure forms are completed ahead of the trip, reducing manual coordination and increasing trip-day preparedness.
