Problem:
Outfitters often rely on manual processes and disconnected spreadsheets to manage incoming leads from their websites or paid advertisements. These methods lack integration with client history, booking details, and communication tracking, making it difficult to efficiently follow up, convert, and manage leads over time.
While the initial phase of our CRM's Lead Management feature enables Outfitters to view leads from tools like HubSpot Forms in one place, it still requires manual work to manage and act on those leads. There is no system in place to automate the ingestion, de-duplication, categorization, and enrichment of incoming leads—particularly those originating from ad campaigns or embedded forms.
This lack of automation leads to missed opportunities, redundant data entry, and slower response times—all of which can negatively impact conversions and the outfitter's overall experience using Mallard Bay’s tools.
Solution:
This project will build upon the existing Lead Management foundation to fully automate the capture, categorization, and enrichment of leads pulled from integrated HubSpot forms, paid ad campaigns, and quote request forms.
