We would like to get better insights into user behavior on both the Dashboard and the website.
Requirements:
  • Dashboard - Add GA4 tracking (no need to add custom events yet)
  • Dashboard - Add Hotjar
  • Website - Remove Hotjar via GTM and move it into the codebase. In the past the integration was working, but it stopped recording videos several months ago. Manny recommended we instead add the integration to the codebase, so we would have more control.
  • Website - Remove Facebook Pixel via GTM and move it into our codebase.
