Add the ability to include custom details about the Outfitter, their logo, and their contact info within an invoice.

Audit all checkout summaries in the Dashboard, App, and website and ensure they have accurate details and include the necessary fees.

Add the ability to edit notes that were included on an invoice created by send a quote.

Within the booking summary, show the dollar amount that has been paid rather than just the total. This will assist Outfitter and the Mallard Bay team with understanding when we need to contact the sportsmen to remind them to encourage the remaining members to join.

Currently only group leaders can receive additional payment requests. We would like to also allow members to receive payment requests.

Enable Admins or Outfitters to create an invoice to be paid by check without requiring any action from the sportsman to accept the quote. This approach assumes the booking is confirmed and will automatically update the Listing's calendar to reflect the reservation by blocking off the availability.

Setup additional GT levels and add support to indicate which features are available to them.

When generating and sharing links for quotes and group pay invites, we should leverage a tool like tinyurl. If possible, we would like the URL to still resolve to the original link, so that any UTM parameters can be preserved.

Currently, we are setting payment plans at the Outfitter level. We would like to support the ability to create an override at the listing level.

Allow an outfitter to override the Outfitter tax rate at the listing level.
