Similar to what we setup for the MB website, we would like to track select events in the widget so we can better understand the conversion funnel and where sportsmen are dropping off.

We would like to get better insights into user behavior on both the Dashboard and the website. Requirements: Dashboard - Add GA4 tracking (no need to add custom events yet) Dashboard - Add Hotjar Website - Remove Hotjar via GTM and move it into the codebase. In the past the integration was working, but it stopped recording videos several months ago. Manny recommended we instead add the integration to the codebase, so we would have more control. Website - Remove Facebook Pixel via GTM and move it into our codebase. -App - Add Facebook Analytics

Create a report that lists outfitters who have not processed bookings in the past few months and a 2nd report that shows outfitters who have never processed a booking.

We would like to see a report that shows the average amount of time it takes to complete coaching for our outfitters. It's important to note that some outfitters only receive 1 coaching session where most receive 2. This can be combined with the GuideTech Velocity report.

We would like to build a report in metabase that pulls in service completion dates from Hubspot. This can then be used to find similarities amongst high performing outfitters to see if (for example) they all subscribe to a particular marketing service, or they all had ads running x days after their site was launched, etc.

Create a report that shows which listings and lodges do not have any future availability.
