When an outfitter is paid we send them an automated email. It would be great to include a link to our reporting feature so they can review what was included.

Notify outfitters via SMS and Email when a payment has been successfully processed.

Send Payment Confirmation for Offline Payments
When an Outfitter logs an offline payment (check, cash, etc) send the sportsmen a receipt letting them know the payment has been settled.

Description when Sportsman Pay via Check
We should include a note/make it required for sportsman to input the outfitter or charter name and trip dates when paying with a check. Currently, myself (most likely other AM's), Wyatt, and Joel and almost guessing who checks came from and who needs to be paid out.

Collect Deposits When Adding Guests
Currently if you revised a booking, (for example) from 2 people to 4 people, we do not collect a deposit from the 2 new additional people. The 2nd scheduled payment just adds up the balance. Outfitters instead want to collect these deposit at the time of the requests to know that those slots are locked in and have a deposit paid.

Save $x by switching to ACH
When a customer is checking out, show them how much they could save by paying with ACH.

Ability to further customize payment plans
Add the ability to create additional options for payment plans. For example, charge x% for several weeks/months leading up to a trip.

Explore alternative payment types
Explore available payment types in stripe for the countries we are in and see if we should add support. For example, one payment type that is widely used in the US is Google Pay, which we do not support.

Remind sportsmen that there is an upcoming payment
Send the sportsmen a reminder that their card will be charged in x days for a 2nd payment.

Provide additional remittance instructions
When sending remittance instructions to a sportsmen who is paying by check, we would like to include details to include in the memo to make it easier to locate the booking (ie Outfitter name, booking id, leader's name, etc)
