To accelerate Mallard Bay’s growth and expand our outfitter network, we propose the development of a white-labeled marketplace that enables our Business Development (BD) partners to leverage our technology for their own branded guide and outfitter programs. This solution allows BD partners—such as outdoor brands, tourism boards, and industry organizations—to create and manage their own outfitter marketplaces while ensuring all participating guides are onboarded through Mallard Bay for Guides. This not only drives adoption of our core platform but also creates a new revenue stream for our partners through commission-based earnings on bookings made via their marketplace. By providing a seamless, turnkey solution, we eliminate the need for partners to build and maintain their own infrastructure, while significantly increasing our outfitter acquisition and marketplace transactions. Additionally, this aligns directly with our North Star metric of growing our outfitter base, allowing us to scale faster through trusted industry partnerships.
