Problem: While Mallard Bay currently allows Outfitters to provide sportsmen with a waiver link, there is no system in place to track waiver completion or send automated reminders. This results in Outfitters lacking visibility into which guests have completed their liability waivers—creating operational risk, extra manual work, and the potential for non-compliance on trip day. Solution: Enable Outfitters to configure and manage digital custom forms that are accessible to all guests—whether they booked through Mallard Bay or externally. Provide the option to embed the forms on the Outfitter’s own website. Within the Mallard Bay platform, allow Outfitters to track the form completion status for each booking and guest. Outfitters should also have the ability to manually indicate if a Mallard Bay sportsman has submitted the form outside of the platform’s booking flow. Automate reminder emails or texts to ensure forms are completed ahead of the trip, reducing manual coordination and increasing trip-day preparedness.

When uploading lodging photos once you upload the pictures in the bottom right there is a big update button that one sees first. When you press that update button it does not save the photos. You have to hit a smaller done button above and to the right and very few of my clients actually see that done button then hit update.

Add the ability to filter all reports (but especially the revenue forecast report) to show deposits vs final payments vs additional payments vs quickpay, etc For additional payments, it would be even better if you can see the amount per item (ie x for ammo, y for tips, and z for gun rentals). That would give them better visibility into the breakdown of gun and ammo rentals to track inventory and revenue. For example, if they spend $10,000 on ammo, they want to see how much has been sold, how much revenue has been recovered, and how much is left to sell. This helps them project future earnings and more accurately reflect actual costs when reviewing their financials.

During my conversation with Grant from Whiskey Sloughs, he expressed a desire for the ability to interact with Sportsmen who have booked a trip with him. We talked about how customers can sometimes feel anxious when they book a trip months in advance and don't receive any communication from the outfitter after receiving their booking confirmation until they initiate the check-in message. Grant would like the option to send messages to these customers with a click of a button. I was envisioning some automated drip campaigns that can share new features at the property, hunting news, helpful tips on what to bring, or anything else to keep them engaged and remind them that their visit is anticipated. Grant also mentioned that he would like to leverage this feature for his non-MB bookings, but we may prefer to use this as a carrot to get all bookings to run through MB.

Allow Outfitters to follow-up with a sportsmen via email, phone, or stream within the platform. This would be really helpful for bookings, quotes, quote requests, etc.

When creating a quote it would be helpful if you could modify the number of days for a particular pricing package rather than needing to create a custom package. ie 2 day wing shooting and 1 day in shore.

Similar to the Quote and Checkout flow, we would like to add the option to include more than one pricing package within Dashboard created bookings.

Even when a quote doesn't include an invoice, add the option to email the quote to the sportsmen.

Allow Outfitters to list multiple bank accounts. In some cases the outfitter would like to deposit select payments from a particular listing into a particular account. In other cases, they would like their lodging to receive payments in a different account.

When a review is created, push the review to Google My Business. Consider adding this option as a config per Outfitter.
